Ms. Du has extensive experience in the beverage industry and is now an Independent Non-Executive Director of Yingco Asia Development Limited and manages several Michelin-starred restaurants and bars. She holds a BA in International Studies and Marketing and has been a judge for several beverage competitions. Ms. Du has not served as a director of any other listed company in the past three years and has no relationship with the directors or senior management of the Hong Kong Telecom Trust and Hong Kong Telecom Limited. She will receive a director's remuneration of HK$256,300 per year, but will not receive any additional remuneration. The Board of Directors warmly welcomed her joining.
