CHIGONG GROUP HOLDINGS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (THE “COMPANY”) ISSUED A SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON 22 FEBRUARY 2024 DETAILING THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023. The Company entered into a subscription agreement with Fuji Development Limited on December 8, 2021 and completed the subscription on January 20, 2022, with a total fund raising of HK$110,000,000 and a net amount of approximately HK$105,000,000. The net proceeds have been used in full to repay outstanding debt (HK$86.3 million) and general working capital (HK$18.7 million) as of 31 March 2023, with no outstanding amounts.
