The meeting will approve access to Precision Technology Limited and Tectum Pacific Pte. Ltd. Business Transfer Agreement signed on 22 December 2023. Shareholders will authorize the directors to act as necessary in respect of the sale. Registration in the Register of Shareholders will be suspended from March 5 to March 8 in order for shareholders to attend and vote at the General Meeting. In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or “Black” rain warnings, the conference will be postponed. TONGDA GROUP BOARD MEMBERS INCLUDE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WANG YANAN, ETC., NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHEN SHI-MIN, AND INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR YANG SUN XI, ETC.
