ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY'S NEXT DAY DISCLOSURE REPORT, PREMIO HOLDINGS REPURCHASED A TOTAL OF 3,950,000 SHARES OF ORDINARY SHARES ON THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DATE, REPRESENTING 0.0055% OF ITS ISSUED SHARES. The last repurchase took place on 16 February 2024. 400,000 shares were repurchased at a price of HKD 1.49 to HKD 1.51 for a total payout of HKD 603,716.07.
