THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, JOINT VENTURES AND ASSOCIATES HAD CONTRACT SALES IN THE MONTH OF APPROXIMATELY RMB12.0 MILLION, THE CONTRACT SALES FLOOR AREA WAS APPROXIMATELY 123,900 SQUARE METERS, AND THE AVERAGE CONTRACT SALES PRICE WAS APPROXIMATELY RMB9,700 PER SQUARE METER.
