The total number of shares outstanding was 520,002 shares representing 0.02% of the company's total share capital. The date of removal of the pledge is 1 and 2 February 2024. The relevant persons are Guangfa Securities Limited and CITIC Securities Limited. As of the date of the announcement, Mr. Lu Xiangyang and his consistent shareholder Rongje Investment Holding Group Limited had a cumulative stake of 73,862,998 shares, representing 18.23% of their shareholding and 2.54% of the total share capital of the Company. The Company stated that the shares currently unpledged are not at risk of forced liquidation and will not have a material impact on the Company's production operations and corporate governance.
