This acquisition is a major transaction of the Company and was announced on 27 September 2023. Due to the need for more time to prepare the circular information and await exchange review, the Company has applied for exemption from strict compliance with Listing Rules Section 14.41 (a) on three occasions. The Exchange has agreed that the Company will send a circular on or before 15 May 2024.
