YAOXING TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO., LTD. (THE “COMPANY”) ANNOUNCED ON FEBRUARY 1, 2024 THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY ANNOUNCED ON DECEMBER 18, 2023 HAS BEEN TERMINATED.
