The decision was made following the merger and restructuring of Shing Fung and Shami Hoi Pak Shing Accountants Limited. BUCK 1798 GROUP HEREBY APPOINTED MR PAK SHENG AS THE NEW AUDITOR AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE UNTIL THE END OF THE NEXT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. The Company acknowledges that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues between Shengfeng and expresses its gratitude for the past service provided by Shengfeng, and welcomes Mr. Hui Pak to take up his duties.
