New Fire Technology Holdings Limited (“New Fire Technologies”) announced on 29 January 2024 that Avenir Cayman Holding Limited (“Avenir Cayman”), one of its major shareholders, has completed a capital restructuring to distribute approximately 26.83% of the Company's shares to multiple underwriters. Following the distribution of the shares, Mr. Li Lin, the Non-Executive Director, held approximately 19.53% of the shares indirectly through Avenir Investment Limited, while the Executive Director and Shareholder Mr. Du Khun held approximately 17.96% of the shares.
