China Graphite Group Limited (the “Company”) announces that it will change the way corporate communications are published from 29 January 2024, in accordance with the new Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (the “Exchange”) and the Company's Articles of Association. THE COMPANY WILL SEND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS TO SHAREHOLDERS BY EMAIL FOR ACTION AND PUBLISH CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS ON THE COMPANY AND EXCHANGE WEBSITES. If shareholders fail to provide a valid e-mail address, the Company will mail printed business communications. The Company recommends that shareholders complete the online form by scanning the QR code to provide an email address and indicate that it is the responsibility of the shareholder to maintain the validity of the email address. In addition, shareholders may submit a request to the Company if they wish to obtain printed corporate communications.
