The number of shares outstanding by Lu Xingyang was 2,050,000 shares, representing 0.86% of the shares held, while the outstanding shares of Rongje Investment Holdings were 480,000 shares, representing 0.31% of the shares held. After delisting, the cumulative pledged shares of Lu Xingyang and Rongje Investment Holdings are 39,947,000 shares and 30,250,000 shares, respectively.
