TIME ELECTRIC WILL HOLD A BOARD MEETING ON 28 MARCH 2024 TO APPROVE THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GROUP'S FINAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 AND TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION OF A FINAL DIVIDEND. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Li Donglin, and other senior executives including Vice Chairman Liu Kuan, Executive Director Shang Jing, Non-Executive Director Zhang Xinning and Independent Non-Executive Directors Gaofeng, Li Kaikuo, Zhong Ninghua and Lin Siu-feng will attend. This meeting will deal with other relevant matters of the Group.
