The General Meeting discussed and adopted six ordinary resolutions relating to the ultimate holding shareholder, the Agarve Group, including the Supplementary Agreements to the Property Management, Marketing Services and Referral Framework Agreements and their Transactions. The Ayurale Group indirectly holds approximately 47.05% of the shares in the Company through the three companies and has given up voting rights on the relevant resolutions. The shareholders attending the general meeting or their representatives hold approximately 12.42% of the shares. All resolutions were approved by more than half of the voting shareholders.
