The General Meeting will consider the adoption of a special resolution on the restructuring of the share capital, the full text of which was published in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 22 January 2024. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend the general meeting and vote. The proxy form must be delivered to the designated location by 5:00pm U.K. time on 14 February 2024. Shareholders also have the right to attend the General Meeting in person. If the shareholder elects to attend after submitting the proxy form, the form will be deemed withdrawn.
