Thinking Music Education Group announced on 19 January 2024 that its communications will be fully electronic in accordance with Section 2.07 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. This is in line with the requirement to extend the paperless system effective December 31, 2023. Corporate newsletters, including directors' reports, financial reports, meeting notices, etc., will be available in the future via the company's website and the HKExNews website, and will no longer be sent in print.
