TL Natural Gas Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that pursuant to New Rule 16.04A of the GEM Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) and the Articles of Association of the Company, it will send corporate communications to shareholders by email from 31 December 2023 and at the Company and in liaison Publish on the website. The Company will no longer actively mail printed corporate newsletters, but will provide it free of charge at the request of shareholders.
