On 27 April 2023, Chaikosheng Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announced a plan to fund the limited share unit trustees and Three D Partners Limited to purchase the Company's shares from the market. Three D Partners Limited has purchased 19,064,000 shares from 28 April 2023 to 21 July 2023 under the scheme. In addition, during the period from 11 January 2024 to 18 January 2024, Three D Partners Limited repurchased 5,198,000 shares at a total cost of approximately HK$9,978,548 at an average price of approximately HK$1.93 per share. These shares will be held until they belong under the Restricted Share Unit Award Scheme. Three D Partners Limited currently holds 29,416,000 shares under the plan, representing approximately 0.44% of the total issued shares.
