ANNOUNCED ON 17 JANUARY 2024 THAT ITS SHAREHOLDERS, RONGJIE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED, WITH A STAKE OF MORE THAN 5%, HAD PLACED A STAKE ON SOME OF ITS HOLDINGS IN BYADI TO MEET OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. The number of subordinated shares is 1,420,000 shares, representing 0.92% of the shares held by Flexi Investment Holdings and 0.05% of Yadi's total share capital. The start date of the lien is January 16, 2024, and the settlement date is January 27, 2025. The licensee is a subsidiary of Guangzhou High-tech Development Zone, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd. The cumulative stakes of Rongje Investment Holdings and its consistent shareholder, Mr Lu Xingyang, are not subject to the risk of forced closure and will not have a material impact on BYD's production operations and corporate governance.
