The Nursing and Catering Management (China) Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced on 16 January 2024 that Ms. Tam Shu-hua, the Company's Secretary and Authorized Representative, has resigned, confirming that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors and that no special consideration should be given to shareholders and to the Exchange. On the same day, the Board of Directors announced that Ms. Susan would take up the position.
