LONGFOR GROUP HAS ANNOUNCED ITS DIVIDEND PLAN FOR ITS 2023 INTERIM DIVIDEND OFFERING SHAREHOLDERS THE OPTION OF A SHARE DIVIDEND. Shareholders who choose to receive interim dividends in cash are not required to take any action. However, if shareholders wish to replace the cash dividend in whole or in part at HK$0.1 new ordinary shares per share, they must complete and sign the selection form and return it by 4:30pm on 26 January 2024. Shareholders must register the number of ordinary shares held on 4 January 2024 as of the record date. Dividends will be delivered to shareholders by ordinary mail on 8 February 2024 at the risk of the shareholder's sole responsibility.
