In addition, the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Director, Mr. Kei Kei Kei, owned 1,399,398,084 shares of common stock. Mr. Dong Ching Gui and Ms. Chan Ching Hung are considered to be concerted actors under the Unified Action Arrangement and promise to continue to act under the Arrangement.
