The meeting will consider special resolutions, such as amendments to the Articles of Association, General Meeting Rules, Board Meeting Rules and Supervisory Meeting Rules. In preparation for the list of shareholders, the Company will suspend the registration of H-shares from January 19 to January 25. Shareholders who wish to attend and vote must complete the transfer by 4.30pm on 18 January. Shareholders may appoint agents to attend and vote, and the proxy must be submitted 24 hours prior to the meeting. The Company Secretary Zhang Ruixiang issued this notice on 4 January 2024.
