Rongje Investment Holdings has pledged 2,800,000 shares, representing 1.80% of its shareholding and 0.10% of the total share capital of the company, pledged to Guangzhou Yuexiu Sub-branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., for operational needs. The deposit will commence on 29 December 2023 and will be cancelled on 5 July 2024. In addition, Mr. Lu Xingyang cancelled the deposit of 1,518,000 shares representing 0.052% of the total share capital of the company. The rights holders are the Guangzhou Branch of CITIC Bank Corporation Limited and Guotai Jun'an Securities Co., Ltd.
