GALAXY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (“BANK ENTERTAINMENT”) ANNOUNCED ON 29 DECEMBER 2023 THAT IT HAS GRANTED A TOTAL OF 11,194,000 SHARE WARRANTS AND 3,036,900 SHARE AWARDS TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES UNDER THE 2023 PREFERRED STOCK PLAN AND SHARE AWARD SCHEME. The exercise price of the licence is HK$43.75 per share, the same as the closing price on the day. The share awards will be paid by issuing and distributing new shares to the Trustee and transferred to the grantor upon maturity of the Affiliation. This is designed to motivate employees to work for the success of the company and strengthen the long-term commitment to the company. Members of the Board of Directors, including Executive Director Dr. Lui Chi Ho, Mr. Lu Yiu Dong, Mr. Xu Ying Keung and Ms. Tang Lu Huiyu, among others, have been granted voting rights and share awards.
