Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Economics and Credit, and the Provincial Science and Technology Department issued the “Zhejiang Provincial Action Plan to Accelerate the Development of the NEV Industry”, which clearly states that Zhejiang will focus on building a leading domestic NEV application demonstration zone, a highland of intelligent manufacturing of new energy vehicles with international competitiveness, and an influential NEV industry ecological leadership zone. By 2025, Zhejiang's industrial cluster development layout will be further optimized, and the scale and competitiveness of the industry will rank among the highest in the country. The annual production of new energy vehicles exceeds 1.2 million vehicles, accounting for more than 60% of the total automobile production in the province, the production of new energy vehicles accounts for about 10% of the country, and the local supply rate of key components has increased markedly.
