58 same-city and residential residents released the 2023 “January National Housing Index Report”. The report shows that in January the homebuyer confidence index rose 8.0% month-on-month, and the brokers' confidence index rose 21.1% month-on-month. In the new housing market, the average online price of new homes rose month-on-month in 24 of the 65 cities monitored. Market expectations are gradually improving, and the popularity of housing searches in all tier cities across the country has risen; in the second-hand housing market, second-hand housing prices have risen month-on-month in 36 out of 65 cities, and the number of listed properties has risen in some cities, leading to a “small peak” in supply. The popularity of housing searches in third- and fourth-tier key cities rose 17.8% month-on-month. Among them, the rise in tourism popularity in Sanya also brought about a sharp rise in the popularity of the property market. Statistics show that the popularity of housing searches in Sanya increased by 65.9% in January.
