4. Redemption Price

The Company will determine the price for the redemption of the relevant fund by the Client ("Client's Redemption Price") in different ways depending on the time at which the Client issues the redemption Instruction, and this will in turn determine the redemption amount received by the Client ("Client's Redemption Amount"):

(A) If the Client issues a redemption Instruction before 9:00 AM/12:00 PM (MYT, refer to the cut-off time) on a trading day, the Client's Redemption Price will be calculated with reference to the price issued by the relevant fund house on the previous trading day.

(B) If the Client issues a redemption Instruction at or after 9:00 AM/12:00 PM (MYT, refer to the cut-off time) on a trading day, the Company will first pay the Advance to the Client's Fund Account. The Client's Redemption Price will be calculated with reference to the price provided by the relevant Fund house to the Company in the afternoon (although different Fund houses may have different settlement times) of that day (the "Settlement Price"). If it turns out that the Client's Redemption Amount is greater than the Advance, the Company will pay the excess amount to the Client. If the Client's Redemption Amount is less than the Advance, the Client agrees that the Company may deduct the excess amount from the Account for its own account without further notice.

The calculation methods in (A) and (B) above only apply to trading days of the Fund. If the Client issues a redemption instruction on a non-trading day of the Fund, such as Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, the Client's Redemption Amount will be calculated with reference to the Settlement Price of the previous trading day of the Fund.

5. Restrictions

Buying restrictions: Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may set a single-person buying limit based on the operation of the fund. For details, please refer to the notification on the subscription page;

Redemption restrictions: In the event of a large-scale redemption of the fund, the fund house has the right to suspend the redemption to control the liquidity risk of the fund. The redemption may be delayed. In this case, you can try again on the next trading day.

6. Fees

The subscription and redemption fees for Cash Plus are 0.

The fund house will charge a certain management fee, which is accrued from the fund assets, that is, the fund company has deducted the fee from the net value of the fund, and investors do not need to pay it separately in the transaction.
