2. CDS ACCOUNT(S) OPENING AND OPERATION
I have received, read, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of CDS account and agree to maintain the account as prescribed by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. or its authorised nominees under the relevant local regulatory requirements.
3. PRIVACY POLICY

4. CLIENT AGREEMENT

7. AUTHORISATION
For the purpose of due diligence and/ or credit history screening, I further authorise Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to obtain and verify any information of my financial activities and credit standings with any credit reference agencies as Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may deem fit and appropriate under any applicable law, including the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010.
8. INVESTMENT DECISION
I acknowledge that Securities, brokerage products, and related services are offered through Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., which is licensed and regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia and moomoo app is the network application.
I acknowledge that all investments involve risk and Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. does not make investment recommendations.
I declare that I am the sole beneficiary owner of the account and responsible for all trading decisions in my Account.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for reviewing account statements and confirmations and Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will not monitor my Account.
