Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: User [1] who have registered a moomoo ID before.

Referee Eligibility: Users [1] who have not registered a moomoo ID before, or users [1] who have registered/ opened an account but have not deposited funds.

[1] The user must be a Malaysian resident, and can register either by using a Malaysian mobile number or a Malaysian IP address.

 

Mechanism

1. Refer Friend(s) to Register

During the activity period, refer friend(s) to register for a MY moomoo ID.

Rewards: For every successful referral and registration with a MY phone number, the referrer will receive an RM10 cash coupon. The referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at RM100.

 

2. Refer Friend(s) to Deposit RM1,000:

During the event period, refer friend(s) to complete a deposit of RM1,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit, the referrer will receive an RM100 cash coupon.

Notes:

① The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee has not registered, they must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link before completing the deposit task.

If the referee was already linked to the inviter's referral relationship, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

② During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum value of bonus stock reward is capped at RM2,000.

 

3. Refer Friend(s) to Deposit RM10,000:

3.1 During the event period, refer friend(s) to complete a deposit of RM10,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit of RM10,000 locked for 60 days in the account, the referrer will receive APPLE stock worth RM200 and 50% Commission Waiver Cards (issued in 5 separate vouchers, valid for 3 months).

Notes:

① The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee has not registered, they must register a moomoo ID through the referrer’s invitation link before completing the deposit task. If the referee was already linked to the inviter’s referral relationship, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

② During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at APPLE stock worth RM4,000.

③ APPLE shares are a special reward for this campaign; quantity is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

④ The free APPLE share will be credited to the referrer’s account within 7 business days after the referee completes the deposit. The stock will automatically be activated once the referee completes the 60-day fund-lock task (maintaining account daily assets ≥ RM10,000), after which the referrer can use it.

⑤ For every successful referral and deposit, if the inviter is a V1 member, he will receive an additional RM20 stock cash coupon, with a maximum of 10; if the inviter is a V2 member, he will receive an additional RM30 stock cash coupon, with a maximum of 10; if the inviter is a V3 member, he will receive an additional RM50 stock cash coupon, with a maximum of 10.

 

3.2 Moomoo 2 Million Downloads Appreciation Special Reward — Live Lucky Draw

Campaign Period: 10:00 PM, 15 July 2026 – 09:59 PM, 23 September 2026 (MYT)

Qualification: Successfully invite one (1) friend to complete a deposit of RM1,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Users who successfully invite a friend to deposit at least RM10,000 are eligible to participate in two live lucky draw events hosted by moomoo on 20 August 2026 and 22 September 2026, with a chance to win an iPhone 17 (256GB) or SpaceX stock rewards worth RM200.

Each qualified user is entitled to one (1) qualification only, which automatically grants one (1) entry into each of the two lucky draw sessions. No additional action is required after qualification.

Each live lucky draw will give away:

• 3 units of iPhone 17 (256GB);
• 197 SpaceX stock rewards worth RM200 each.

Eligible users may participate in both live lucky draws. However, if a user wins in the first live lucky draw, they will not be eligible to participate in the second live lucky draw. If a user does not win in the first live lucky draw, they may continue to participate in the second live lucky draw.

The lucky draw results will be announced via moomoo's official social media channels and community within 7 working days after each live stream ends.

Users who win an iPhone 17 (256GB) will be entitled to claim the prize. After both lucky draw events have concluded, i.e. after 22 September 2026, moomoo will contact the winners via EDM to collect the required delivery address and prize collection method. Winners may choose to have the prize delivered to a designated address or collect it in person at the moomoo Kuala Lumpur office.

Stock rewards won from the lucky draw will initially be in a frozen status and can be unfrozen after the user completes one (1) securities trade.

 

4. Refer First-Time Transfer-In of RM10,000 (US Stocks & Malaysian Stocks Only):

During the promotion period, refer friends who haven’t deposited or who made their first deposit after 10:30 AM on 30/6/2026 (MYT) to complete a first transfer-in of at least RM10,000.

Rewards: For every friend who successfully completes their first transfer-in of RM10,000, the referrer will receive APPLE stock worth RM100 and 50% Commission Waiver Cards (issued in 5 separate vouchers, valid for 3 months). These rewards will be unlocked after the referee maintains the locked funds for 60 days.

① The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee has not registered, they must register a moomoo ID through the referrer’s invitation link before completing the first transfer-in task. The referrer will receive the reward once the referee meets the transfer-in requirement.

If the referee was already linked to the inviter’s referral relationship but hasn’t deposited yet, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the first transfer-in task has been completed.

② During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at APPLE stock worth RM2,000.

③ APPLE shares are a special reward for this campaign; quantity is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

④ The free APPLE share will be credited to the referrer’s account within 7 business days after the referee completes the stock transfer. The stock will automatically be activated once the referee completes the 60-day fund-lock task (maintaining account daily assets ≥ RM10,000), after which the referrer can use it.

⑤ Rewards are only triggered by the first transfer-in of US stocks or Malaysian stocks.

 

Cash Coupon Usage Rules: The cash coupon for this activity will be issued to Me > Coupons. The reward will be directly deposited into your Moomoo MY universal account within 7 working days. To use the coupon, you must have a Moomoo MY universal account. If you do not have an account, you are required to open one before using the coupon.

Usage Rules for Bonus Stocks: Free stocks are issued at a fixed value, denominated in USD (conversion rate fixed at USD:MYR=1:4.05 and this exchange rate is based on 16 June 2026 from BNM rate).

After unlocking the bonus stocks, the number of stocks credited will be calculated based on the current price or the closing price of the previous trading day at the time of unlocking. moomoo shall not be liable for fluctuations in the value of bonus stocks due to stock price movements during the period from purchase to crediting. The gifted stocks will automatically be credited to your account balance within 15 working days.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I refer friends I've previously invited, but who haven't made a deposit yet, to join this campaign?

As long as your friend is still linked to your referral relationship and hasn't made a deposit yet, you'll receive the corresponding reward if they complete the qualifying task during this event.

Q2: What does the RM8,100 reward consist of?

Refer a friend to register and you can get up to RM100* cash coupon

In addition, there are member up-the-ante rewards and 50% Commission Waiver Card rewards. The total reward amount can add up to over RM8,100*! All four types of rewards are stackable and claimable together.

Q3: I invited a friend to deposit three months ago, and now we've just bound the invitation relationship. Can I still get the reward?

According to the campaign rules, the invitation relationship must be completed within 15 working days after the invitee deposits. Otherwise, the reward will not be issued.

Q4: I bound an invitation relationship with a friend one month ago. After one month, my friend completed the deposit. Why didn't I receive the reward?

According to the campaign rules, if the invitee does not complete the deposit within 30 calendar days after binding the invitation relationship, the relationship will be automatically unbound, and the inviter will not receive the reward. If you wish to re-bind, please contact customer service for assistance.

Q5: I invited a friend to participate in KOC's referral program. Can I still receive the rewards for this program?

If you have invited friends and already received the rewards from the KOC referral program, you will not be able to receive the invitation rewards for this program again.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
