During the updated campaign period, the total number of Apple stock rewards to be issued is capped at 2,000 and will be given out on a first-come, first served basis.

For users who did not successfully complete the "Team Up" during the stipulated period (after 8/3/2024 at 11:59PM MYT), please participate in the New User Promotion instead.

Campaign Eligibility

1. For eligible customers ("users") only.

2. All users must be a new user who has successfully opened a Moomoo MY universal account during the campaign period, and has no deposits before 23/02/2024, 10:00AM (MYT).

3. This Campaign is not stackable with any other new user/ existing user campaigns.

Rewards

Upon completing tasks, you may get the corresponding rewards such as a free Apple stock and 1 month Level 2 MY stock 3 market depth quotes (up to 6 months). During the event, the total number of Apple stock rewards to be issued is capped at 2,000, and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Reward 1: Each receives an Apple stock

Task: 

Create a group of two people, both to successfully open Moomoo MY universal account and deposit a cumulative amount of at least RM6,000 into the account before 11:59 PM MYT on 31/3/2024. Apple stock will be issued upon successful deposit, and will be activated if both maintain the average daily assets (cash, stocks and other assets included) of RM6,000 (or equivalent currencies) over a 30-day period.

Note: Your reward will not be affected by fluctuations in the value of your holdings caused by trading after depositing. You are free to trade stocks. In the unlikely event that the unlocking of Apple stocks fails due to significant value fluctuations, Moomoo MY will investigate and re-issue the reward within 7 business days.

If you are eligible for reward 1, Apple stock will be credited into your Moomoo MY universal account within 5 calendar days. Proceed to the Account page for checking out.

Reward 2:  1 month Level 2 MY stock 3 market depth quotes

Task: 

Trade any US stocks or MY stocks or ETFs with Moomoo MY universal account at least once, you will receive 1x coupon for every trade, with the maximum of 6x coupon. 6x coupons unlock 6 months free Level 2 MY stock 3 market depth quotes. Only purchase orders are supported.

After claiming Level 2 MY stock 3 market depth quotes, proceed to the "Me - My Rewards" page and manually activate it for immediate effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can a user join more than 1 group during the promotion?

Each user can only participate in one group. Once the user has successfully joined a group with one friend, they cannot join any other groups.

2. If a user completes the required tasks but their group member does not, will they still be eligible for the Apple stock reward?

Users will be eligible for the Apple stock when both group members complete the required tasks. If one of the group members doesn't finish the required task, both are not entitled to the stock reward.

3. Can the team be unbound after forming a group?

Please consider carefully before joining a group, as it is not possible to unbind once the group is successfully formed during the event.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

Moomoo MY does not solicit participants from other countries. If you choose to access the Campaign/Promotion from other location then you are doing so at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the terms of use and comply with any local law or regulation to which you are subjected to.

2. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
