Head and shoulders bottom

1. Introduction

Head and Shoulders Bottom is a bullish pattern consisting of three bottoms and two tops. This pattern means that the trend has reversed, forming a short-term uptrend.


2. Feature

2.1 The pattern contains three bottoms (left shoulder, middle bottom, right shoulder), and generally the bottom in the middle is the lowest point;

2.2 The two tops are roughly on the same horizontal line;

2.3 The price has recently broken upward through the neckline.
