
Why haven't I received the reward after depositing?
After reaching the deposit threshold, you need to return to this landing page and click the "Claim" button. After completing the claim action and maintaining the corresponding net deposit for 60 days, the reward will be distributed to you within 5 to 7 trading days. You can view it in "app - My - My Rewards".
Will trading with the money I deposited affect the unlocking of rewards?
No, it won't. After depositing funds, you are free to trade stocks. As long as you maintain a net deposit of RM1,000/ RM5,000/ RM10,000/ RM30,000, slight fluctuations in the value of your holdings due to market movements will not affect the unlocking of rewards. However, if the loss of holding value exceeds 20%, the locked-in task may fail. In this case, please contact customer service to reissue the bonus.
How is the share rewards credited to the account determined?
The activity distributes share rewards at a fixed value. The actual value unit of the share reward is USD, and the conversion rate is USD:MYR=1:4.5.
The number/unit of free shares you receive is calculated using:
1. Current market price when you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task), or
2. The closing price of the previous trading day you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task).
How to earn a 5% p.a. return?
1. New users who make their first deposit during the campaign period and subscribe to any of the Cash Plus funds (United Money Market Fund-Class R, Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund, or Eastspring Investments Islamic Income Fund-Class R) can enjoy a 5% p.a. return for 30 days. This offer only applies to the first subscribed fund, with a maximum subsidized holding of RM10,000. The minimum subscription amount is RM0.01, and the validity period is up to 30 days.
2. If you subscribe to two funds at the same time and the confirmation times are identical, the fund with the higher subscription amount will be considered the primary fund. The primary fund can be subscribed to either manually by the customer or automatically through SmartSave activation, depending on the subscription time. The 5% p.a. includes the original yield of the fund and the additional yield calculated daily by Moomoo MY. The total additional yield will be credited to your Moomoo MY Universal Account in the form of cash coupons within 7 working days after the 30-day promotional period ends.
3. If the fund experiences negative returns, Moomoo MY will compensate users with a cash reward based on the 5% p.a..
4. Moomoo MY only provides a 5% p.a. return for up to 30 days, and the investment principal is not guaranteed.
Can I subscribe again after a full withdrawal of my initial subscription?
Your initial subscription triggers a 30-day return period. Even after fully withdrawing your initial subscription, the countdown for this period will continue. As long as you resubscribe within the 30-day period, you can still take advantage of the remaining return period to receive subsidies. This only applies to the same fund as your initial subscription.
How to check the 5% subsidy returns?
Please log in to this landing page, find the "Cash Plus" module, then click on "Earning Details" to view the daily subsidy amount. After the first subscription, subsidy details will be displayed on the page within 3 days.
1.The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). 10.Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 11.This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".
12.Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
13.In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion.
14.By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
15.Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
16.The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
