How is the cumulative net deposit calculated?
Cumulative Net Deposit = Total deposits during promotion – Total withdrawals (including withdrawals after using cash coupons).
Example 1: Customer A deposits RM30,000 on December 10, 2025, and uses the funds to trade stocks. Even if the stock value drops to RM5,000 due to fluctuations, Customer A is still eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM30,000).
Example 2: Customer B deposits RM35,000 on December 10, 2025, and withdraws RM5,000 on October 15. Customer B is eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM30,000 after withdrawal).
Example 3: Customer C deposits RM35,000 on December 10, 2025, and withdraws RM8,000 on October 15. Customer C is not eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM27,000 after withdrawal).Why haven't I received the reward after depositing?
After meeting the deposit threshold, you must first click "Claim" on the campaign page, then complete the 60-day fund-locking task. Rewards will be issued within 10 trading days and can be checked in [App-Me-My Rewards].
Will trading after depositing affect rewards?
No, you may trade freely. Just ensure your net deposit remains above the corresponding reward threshold (RM1,000/10,000/30,000). Minor value fluctuations will not affect reward unlocking. However, if holdings depreciate by over 20%, it may cause the fund-locking task to fail. Please contact customer service for a reward reissue. Additional deposits or withdrawals do not affect unlocking.
After the gift stock are successfully unlocked, moomoo will buy the shares at a fixed price. The shares will be issued to your account within 3-5 trading days after the purchase. The number/unit of free shares you receive is calculated using:
- 1. Current market price when you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task), or
- 2. The closing price of the previous trading day you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task).
- Please be aware that during the period from purchase to completion of the issuance, the stock price fluctuates with the market, and therefore the value of the bonus shares also fluctuates accordingly. Moomoo is not responsible for the fluctuation of the value of the bonus shares caused by market fluctuations.
Can securities transfer-in replace deposit?
No. Only deposits from a bank into Moomoo MY universal accounts qualify.
How are the free stock rewards credited to the account determined?
Free stocks are issued at a fixed value, denominated in USD, converted at USD:MYR = 1:4.5. After unlocking (completing the 60-day fund-locking task), Moomoo will purchase the stocks at the fixed price. Stocks will be credited to your account within 3-5 trading days after purchase. The number of stocks is calculated based on the stock price (current or previous closing price) at the time of unlocking. Note: Stock prices may fluctuate between purchase and distribution. Moomoo is not responsible for such market fluctuations.
If I still want to make a deposit after the promotion ends, can I get rewards with higher thresholds?

I deposited RM1,000 at the start of the campaign, so why does the lucky draw page show that the campaign has ended when I go back to it?
There are only 5,000 prizes available, and eligibility is determined by the order in which users click "Open Now". Only the first 5,000 users to click and open the gift box will receive the lucky draw prizes.
1.The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.
2.Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. 5.You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.
6.Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
10.Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 11.This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".
12.Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
13.In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion.
14.By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
15.Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
16.The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
