It’s actually a good thing to be out of the MSCI. At least the stock price will not be manipulated so much by big organisations. After all, REITs are meant for dividend investors so less volatility in stock price is actually good. Keep for regular dividends and if really need cash can sell some of it.

Inflation has dropped and this is good news for stocks. US 10 year bond yield has dropped too.
