0411 GMT - New Zealand's NZX-50 closed 0.3% lower at 13093.24, as a2 Milk weakened on a possible second lawsuit against the company. Power utilities and property stocks also declined. Infant-formula company a2 slumped 4.0% following a 2.6% decline the day before after it acknowledged the possibility of a second class-action lawsuit alleging shareholder losses stemming from inadequate disclosure. The stock has been volatile as investors weigh evidence for a recovery in its China sales against legal woes. Auckland International Airport was the top percentage gainer, up 2.7% and 4.5% higher for the week as more countries move toward reviving travel and tourism.
