On April 30, 2024, 32.528 million subscribed shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber A; 32.528 million subscribed shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber B; 16.264 million subscribed shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber C; and 20168,000 subscribed shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber D at a subscription price of HK$0.165 per subscribed share.
The total and net proceeds from the subscription were approximately HK$16.7 million and HK$16.2 million respectively. The company intends to allocate the net proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
