On April 26, Ge Longhui | Century Jinhua (00162.HK) issued an announcement. After discussions between the board of directors and Mr. Zeng Guowei, Mr. Zeng agreed to withdraw his decision to retire from office and is willing to be re-elected at the annual shareholders' meeting. He will continue to serve as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, and a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee respectively, subject to re-election approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
