Zhitong Finance App News, Guao Technology (300551.SZ) announced that Beijing Guao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Guao”), the holding subsidiary of the company, and Hunan Xinhua Water Resources and Electric Power Co., Ltd. (“Xinhua Water Resources”) signed a “Stock Pre-Acquisition Agreement”. The two parties agreed that after Hebei Hengjing New Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Guao, “Hebei Hengwhale”) reached all acquisition prerequisites, Beijing Guao will transfer 100% of its shares to Xinhua Water Resources and sign a formal share transfer agreement.
According to reports, the signing of an equity pre-acquisition agreement will help the company to deepen cooperation with central enterprises in project development, seize opportunities in the photovoltaic market, and enhance the company's future profitability.
