During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 13.211 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.89%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 4.930 billion yuan, an increase of 1.27% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 4.855 billion yuan, an increase of 1.14% year on year; basic earnings per share were 1.36 yuan/share.
The company plans to distribute cash dividends to all registered shareholders based on the total share capital of A shares and H shares on the day the equity distribution was implemented at that time, with a cash dividend of RMB 4.08 (tax included) for every 10 shares, denominated and announced in RMB, paid to A-share shareholders in RMB and to H shareholders in Hong Kong dollars.
