According to the news, Country Garden Services announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the profit attributable to the company's shareholders was 292 million yuan, down 85.0% year on year; basic profit per share was 8.69 points, down 84.9% year on year; the board of directors recommended declaring a final dividend of 2.19 points per share and a special dividend of 27.27 points per share.
Country Garden Services said earlier that the increase in revenue was mainly brought about by the increase in revenue from property management services and revenue from the “three for one industry” business. However, the decline in performance was mainly due to its provision of about 1.8 billion to 2.3 billion yuan for impairment of trade receivables from related parties. At the same time, Country Garden Services also accrued about 1.4 billion to 1.8 billion yuan in impairment of its goodwill and other intangible assets.
