Since the company's auditors need additional time to review, evaluate and assess impairment of the Group's assets (if any), the company is unable to publish the company's annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023 (2023 annual results) on or before March 31, 2024. Due to the above circumstances, the date of the Board meeting will be postponed. According to section 13.49 (1) of the Listing Rules, issuers are required to publish preliminary results for the relevant financial year within 3 months after the end of each financial year. The Company's delay in publishing its 2023 annual results constituted a failure to comply with Rule 13.49 (1) of the Listing Rules. Other than those disclosed, there were no other audit issues that delayed publication of the full year results for 2023.
The company is working closely with its auditors to provide all the information and documents required to complete the audit process as soon as possible. The company expects to publish the full year results for 2023 in mid-April 2024.
