The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has passed a resolution to elect members of the 8th Supervisory Board, including Liu Yan, Li Jinsong, and Yuan Yongcheng as the bank's shareholder supervisors; Xing Tiancai, Mi Juan, and Li Yanxi as the bank's external supervisors. The term of office will take effect from February 22, 2024 until the end of the term of the 8th board of supervisors.
At the bank's staff congress held on February 20, 2024, Yu Xiaolong, Niu Kok, and Chen Shijun (collectively, “Newly Appointed Industrial Supervisors”) were elected as employee supervisors of the Bank's 8th Supervisory Committee.
