Since the increase in authorized share capital was approved at the special shareholders' meeting, the authorized share capital of the company will increase to HK$250 million (divided into 10 billion shares consolidated with a face value of HK$0.025 per share) through the addition of an additional 8 billion newly consolidated shares.
