On December 30, 2022, the company held the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2022 to review and pass the “Proposal on Using Part of Idle Raised Funds and Own Funds for Cash Management”, agreeing to use no more than 500 million yuan of idle raised capital (including overraised capital) for cash management within 12 months from the date of review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. The above resolution was announced on December 30, 2022.
