Sanxun Group (06611) announced that since the landscape design service framework agreement expired on December 31, 2023, and it is expected that the group will carry out the proposed transaction under it, the company and Anhui Qiaoyi signed a 2024 landscape design service framework agreement on January 25, 2024. The Group may appoint Anhui Qiaoyi to provide landscape design services for the Group's property development projects, including landscape design and planning, construction, gardening and maintenance (landscape design services).
Anhui Qiaoyi has been providing landscape design services to the Group until its listing. It has rich experience in landscape design services, is familiar with the Group's requirements and standards, and can provide the Group with competitive prices. According to the 2024 landscape design service framework agreement, the Group can appoint Anhui Qiaoyi to continue providing landscape design services to the Group.
