According to Zhitong Finance App News, Shengjing Bank (02066) issued an announcement. The board of directors proposed re-election or election of the following directors: Sun Jin, Liu Xu, Wang Yigong, Zhang Xuewen, and He Yixuan as candidates for the 8th board of directors; Sun Zhenyu, He Peng, Yang Xiu, Wang Hongmei, and Wang Jun as candidates for non-executive directors for the 8th board of directors; and Wang Mo, Lu Dan, Chen Bonan, Wang Lanwei, and Huang Lanqiang as independent non-executive director candidates for the 8th board of directors.
