Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828) announced that on December 19, 2023, the buyer Shenzhen Huaran Energy Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and seller Tractebel Engineering S.A. signed an agreement to trade shares for sale (49% of the target company, Beijing Unite Energy) at a total cost of RMB 41.65 million (equivalent to about HK$457.71 million), subject to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement.
Once the acquisition is completed, the target company will not become a subsidiary of the company, and the target company's financial results will not be consolidated in the group's financial statements.
