According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guoen Holdings (08121) announced that on April 6, 2023, Glo Media (as a tenant), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a lease agreement with the owner agent (as the agent of the owner) to lease such properties (rooms 01 and 16, 12th floor, Two Harbour Square, 180 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong) to lease such properties (rooms 01 and 16, 12th floor, Two Harbour Square, 180 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong).
The Group has entered into leases for such properties to be used as offices to facilitate the continued operation of its business. After considering factors such as floor area, location, rent and other commercial terms proposed by the landlord, the directors believe that it is in the interest of the Group to enter into a lease agreement in Hong Kong on April 6, 2023 and use such properties. The terms of the tenancy agreement are reached through fair negotiations between the landlord/landlord agent and Glo Media, and the rent is determined by reference to the current market rent of comparable properties in the vicinity of such property. The directors believe that the terms of the tenancy agreement are fair and reasonable and that the conclusion of the lease agreement is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
