The distribution targets for issuing shares to specific targets this time are no more than 35 specific targets (including 35), including Shenzhen Agriculture and Food Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Agricultural Investment”), the controlling shareholder of the company. Shenzhen Agricultural Investment plans to use cash to subscribe for the shares issued to specific targets, with a subscription amount of 1.3 billion yuan.
According to reports, the total amount of capital raised by issuing shares to specific targets does not exceed RMB 2 billion (including principal amount). The net amount after deduction of issuance fees will be used for the following projects: 880 million yuan for the Guangming Haijixing Phase II project, 520 million yuan for the Changsha Haijixing Phase II continuing construction project, and 600 million yuan to supplement working capital and repay bank loans.
